How much flex is supplied?
Table Lights and floor lamps are supplied with a standard 8ft [2.5m] of flex. All wall lights are supplied hardwired , meaning that you will need and an electrician to connect them to the main supply.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you would like to make changes to existing order, please, contact as at info@aveoca.com with your query and order number within 24-48 hours from the time the order was placed. If you contact us later than the given time frame, we cannot guarantee that we can fulfil your request.
Where do you ship? How much is shipping?
We ship worldwide.
Shipping prices and times to deliver varies depending on your location. It will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
Can I return product and get a refund?
As all products are made to order thus all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or exchanges.

If you would like to customise your order in any way, please, contact us at info@aveoca.com so we can discuss and accommodate your needs if possible.
How long will you process my order?
All products are made to order with a lead-time of 5-8 weeks from receipt of order and payment plus an additional 3-7 days for delivery. Delivery times will vary depending on destination and current situation.
Due to high demand and reduced capacity because of restrictions our lead time for lampshades is currently 6-8 weeks.
Can you wire lights suitable for my country ?
We can wire all lights to be suitable across the globe. Please state the country where the lights will be used in Special Requests when placing an order. Alternatively, contact us within 48 hours of placing the order on info@aveoca.com with your order number and requirements.
Will I get a lampshade and a bulb with my lamp?
All our lamps are sold without the lampshade and without the bulb as standard.
